Seed Cleaning and Storage Workshop + Seed Swap
Volunteers Needed Public Welcome Registration Required Free Event Hands-On/How-To Workshop Seed/Plant Share Seed Handling Free Public Parking
Seed collection time is winding down and the weather is getting colder. It is time to make heads or tails of the seeds that we have all collected over the past months in preparation for winter sowing which is just a few months away!
This workshop is intended for anyone and everyone regardless of experience, or whether or not you've collected seeds of your own! We will have plenty of seeds to process and share. If you currently have seeds that need to be processed of your own, feel free to bring them along and we can take time to process them together.
In addition to processing seeds, we can take the opportunity of being together to share seeds with each other. This is a chance to look for seeds that you haven't had a chance to grow before. If you have extra seeds, WOWC Seeds to Community will be accepting donations of seeds which will made be available during the 2026 sowing and growing season.
While this event is free, donations help us continue offering programs like this throughout the year. Any contribution, big or small, helps in our efforts to share native plants and knowledge with the community.
Registration is required as space is limited. Please follow the registration link provided below.
